Trusted Platform Module

TPM or Trusted Platform Module is a chip or microcontroller that encrypts password, and any other security encryption using a encryption methods. The encryption methods consists of some types like RSA, DES, Hash Function etc.
On Dell Computer, TPM is applied to store and encrypt password that set up in BIOS security menu and manage by software like Embassy Trusted Wave. The other application is to manage finger print or other security like digital signature.
